Limited to Indoor Use:
Our 3D-printed slabs are specifically engineered for indoor applications and are not intended for use in exterior or high-exposure environments. Direct or prolonged exposure to natural sunlight may cause gradual changes in surface coloration, shading, or overall finish quality. These alterations are the result of environmental conditions and are not considered product defects. For this reason, any fading, discoloration, or finish degradation caused by sunlight exposure is excluded from warranty coverage. We strongly recommend assessing lighting conditions prior to installation to ensure that the slabs are placed in areas where their appearance can be preserved over time.

Inherent Surface Variations:
Every slab is produced using state-of-the-art 3D printing technology. While this process allows for exceptional design precision, it also results in natural variations in shading, texture, and pattern from piece to piece. These distinctions are a hallmark of the production method and reflect the unique character of each slab. Such variations are an expected and valued attribute of the product, not manufacturing defects, and therefore do not fall under warranty claims. Customers should anticipate and appreciate these subtle differences as part of the authentic look and feel of 3D-printed surfaces.

The Pixel Series products are not recommended for installation in kitchen areas with skylights, or locations subject to prolonged direct UV exposure. Such conditions may lead to discoloration and adversely affect the longevity of the product. Pixel series is not covered under 10 years warranty for Global Quartz
